Salmon Patties
1 lb Salmon fillet (skinless, with bones removed) 2 Eggs 4 Tbsp almond flour (you can use any kinds here) 1 Tbsp lemon juice 1/2 Tsp salt 1/4 Tsp pepper 1/4 Cup diced onions (I used my chopper here, saves lots of time) 1/4 Cup bell peppers (I used orange & red) 1/4 Cup shredded sweet potatoes (you can use carrots too) Remove salmon from the skin and place in blender Place salmon in bowl and mix rest of ingredients Divide into 5 patties Cook at 400 for 8-10 mins each side I put mine on the grill. This wasn't a really fishy taste or I wouldn't have liked it. It took me years to come up with fish recipes because I have never been a fan of fish. Enjoy:)
