About Me
I gave life to this blog because my life long journey
battling autoimmune disorders has taught me so much about the delicate balances
of life. Throughout my journey I have
gained experience and knowledge of diet, exercise, rest, patience, perseverance,
and faith. I now understand the positive
impact these things have on my quality of life.
I want to share my journey with others who are struggling to finding their
balance in life too weather your health or not.
In addition I needed some where
to keep all my findings in one place as I refer to them often:)
By day I'm a wife to a wonderful supportive husband, mom, and CPA. By night I study fitness, exercise, and diet. One day I want to become a Personal Trainer and a Nutritional Consultant.
