Spicy Bok Choy


2 Baby heads of bok choy or half of a large one
1/2 Tsp crushed garlic
1/2 Tsp crushed peppers
1 Tbsp water
1 Tbsp liquid braggs aminos

Spray pan with olive oil
Place garlic and crushed peppers in pan and saute for 1 min.  I like my garlic a little toasted.
Then add bok choy, water, and liquid braggs aminos
Cook long enough just to heat it.  I prefer mine on the cruncher side.
