Chocolate Fudge Skillet Cake
4 Tbsp butter (I used 2 coconut oil & 2 butter)
1/2 Cup cocoa (I used special dark)
3/4 Cup maple syrup (grade A)
8 Ounces almond butter
2 Eggs
1/2 Tsp baking powder
Place 9" cast iron skillet over low heat to melt butter
Then add rest of ingredients one at a time but don't let your mixture get to hot, you don't want to cook your eggs
Place in oven at 325 and bake for 15-20 mins. You want to take it out when it still fudgy and soft in the middle because it will cook after you removed it from the oven.
Super Yummy! I couldn't even wait for it to cool off to try:) My wonderful nieces shared this recipe with me.
