Jerky


 
1 lb of ground turkey, beef, or venison
1 Tbsp liquid braggs or soy sauce
1 Tbsp worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp maple syrup or brown sugar
1/2 Tbsp onion powered
1/2 Tbsp garlic powered
 
Mix all ingredients in bowl, place in refrigerator to marinate for 8 hours
Place in dehydrator for 6-8 hours depending on how soft you want your jerky
Then place in oven for 20 mins at 170 degrees to kill bacteria
Store in refrigerator when done
 
My son really likes this recipe.  Try it first, you can always add more salt or soy sauce for a salter taste or more brown sugar if you like it sweeter.
