Ranch Dip/Dressing
1/4 Cup greek yogurt
1/4 Cup sour cream
1/4 Cup butter milk or 1/4 cup milk & 1 tsp vinegar
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1/2 Garlic clove or 1 tsp crushed garlic
1.5 Tsp parsley
1 Tsp onion powder
1 Tsp garlic powder
1/2 Tsp dill
1/4 Tsp salt & pepper
Sometimes our greek yogurt goes bad before everyone eats it, so I freeze it into cubes. In this recipe I used two cubes, each cube is two tbsp. I place it in the refrigerator and stirred it up the next day.
You can also grate the sides of a cucumber and throw that in there too, this make a great cucumber dill dip! Now if you like spice like me, then add some cayenne pepper and have a southwestern ranch dressing.
For dip just start with 2 tbsp of milk instead of 1/4 cup, then add until your desired consistency
Enjoy:)
