Saute & let pan cool
1/4 C Bell Peppers
1/4 C Broccoli
1/4 C Mushrooms
1/4 C Onion
1/2 Medium Tomato
2 Slices Turkey Bacon

Then mix in a separate bowl
6 Eggs
2 Tbsp Half & Half
1/2 C Shredded Cheese
1/4 Tsp Garlic Powder
1/4 Tsp Onion Powder
Pinch of salt

Now mix into cooled off vegs & cook at 350 for 20-25 mins
