Sweet Potato Fries

I used my Chopper again and saved a ton of time!

 

1 Sweet potato

1 Tbsp olive oil

1 Tsp garlic powered

 

Peel skin off of sweet potato

Cut into fry lengths or used the Chopper

Place in bowl and coat with oil and garlic powered 

Place in oven on lightly sprayed cookie sheet (Homemade Cooking Spray) for 15 mins at 400
